How Far In Advance Should I Book My Event ?

We Recommend Booking At Least 2 - 3  Weeks Prior To Your Event Of 15 Or More. 

Small Picnics or Events, At Least 1 - 2 Weeks Prior.


Locations

Picnics Are Located At The Location Of Your Choosing. We Also Offer Indoor Picnics.

If Permits Are Required, You Will Be Responsible.

For Other Events, You Will Also Be Choosing The Location & Be Responsible For Any Permits Required.


 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bohemian Luxe Will Offer A Full Refund If Cancelled At Least 72 Hours Prior To Event.

Anything Cancelled Between 24 - 72 Hours Will Receive A 50% Refund.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Prior Will Be Considered A No-Show , With No Refund Offered.

If We Cancel Your Picnic For Any Reason, We Will Offer A Full Refund Of Any Payment Received.

We Do Not Offer Refunds On The Basis Of Bad Weather. So Please Check The Weather Prior To Your Event. We Do Suggest Having An Indoor Option Available, In The Event Of Bad Weather.

If The Weather Looks Bad, We Will Reach Out To You 48 Hours Prior To Discuss Options.

Picnic & Event Hours : 9am - 9pm (indoor)

9am - 8pm (outdoor)
